Inhaus Bienes Raíces app for iPhone and iPad

Inhaus Real Estate App is a tool that will allow you to access information on all our properties in Costa Rica, either for rent or purchase, and classified as residential, commercial or industrial. With this app, you will have access to detailed information on the properties you are interested in by location, as well as being able to manage them (by means of filters and list of favorites). You can also receive notifications on the properties you are interested in, and on any changes they undergo (reduction in price), plus notifications on the properties just entered into the system, according to your selected filters.

Functionalities:

* You can see a list of available properties according to the varied search criteria of your preference: type of property, size of property site, construction area, number of rooms, number of bathrooms, and parking spaces, among others.

* You will be shown detailed information on the selected property.

* You can contact your real estate advisor directly from the app when you connect using your Facebook account, by phone or by email.

* You can save a property as favorite.

* You will receive (optional) notifications on new properties according to your preselected filters, or on changes in properties marked as favorites. For example, if a property changed its price, or its images, you will receive a notification on your mobile.

* You can share a property, by email or Facebook.

* You can look up properties according to their current location. The properties do not show the exact address information, but you can call your real estate advisor at any time, or write an email directly from the app, to get more help.

* You can freely look up by name of neighborhood, location, or any other property characteristic, and see the results list.
